VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Virginia Beach Mayor Bobby Dyer and City Manager Patrick Duhaney will deliver the 2023 State of the City address on Wednesday afternoon. The address will focus on 'The Next 60 Years and Beyond," in celebration of the city's 60th anniversary. The presentation will highlight major city initiatives, business happenings, several organizations in the community, new events and a look forward for Virginia Beach, according to a city spokesperson.
